Raised funds for the USO and their support of the 261st unit of the Delaware National Guard. We raised over $1,200.00 in cash and care package items at Diamond Motor Sports in Dover. Diamond Motor Sports also hosted a “Poker Run” on Saturday November 8th.

Kent Co. Vietnam Veterans of America
Sponsored by Winner Dover Auto Center
We teamed up with Winner Automotive for the Kent County Vietnam Veterans Of America Fund. This is a group who is hoping to build a Memorial in Kent County Delaware to honor the men and women from all wars who are from Delaware.
Raised: $225.00 cash donations and sold Commemorative Bricks to be used in the memorial.
- Week 2 (Oct 20-25):
Delaware Community Appreciation Group

We teamed up with Discover Bank raise funds and awareness for the Delaware Community Action Group who helps families of Military personnel who are presently undergoing treatment at Walter reed Medical Center. Over the week we told the stories of several military families in our area that need a hand. We collected: $1,135.00 In cash Donations, Phone cards and Gift Cards.
- Week 1 (Oct 13-18):
Home of the Brave
Sponsored by Schagrin Gas
We teamed up Shagrin gas to help out the Home Of The Brave that helps homeless Veterans in our area get back on their feet. Located in Milford, Home of the Brave helps all Veterans with room and board, meals, clothing and more. The program is designed to get them back on their feet and in a place of their own within 90 days. They even supply furniture for their future living arrangements. Phase one collected: $1,215.00 In Cash donations, 1 Donated used car, furniture, books, food and Clothes.
